So, to give you extra reassurance, we offer an insurance backed deposit protection scheme, by Qualitymark Protection, for our most popular products.
We have been checked and vetted by Qualitymark to ensure we are competent, solvent and hold the right qualifications, so you can rest assured you are in safe hands when you choose to work with us on your project.
What is a Deposit Protection Scheme?
Before a project commences, we ask you to make a commitment to working with us by providing a deposit for the project. In the highly unlikely event that we cease to trade before the installation has begun, or is completed, the Qualitymark deposit protection scheme provides insurance cover to protect your deposit.
Deposits are protected for 25% of the installation contract value (up to a maximum of £5000) and lasts for up to 90 days from your deposit date.
